Heidi is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, MFR, ongoing manual therapy techniques, shoulder techniques and movement therapy. Understanding the mechanisms of injury and repetitive strain, Heidi implements techniques to restore fluid motion, improve body function and reduce pain, giving her clients a way to to relieve tension and renew themselves. Heidi also encourages her clients to adopt healthy lifestyles with good nutrition, regular exercise, daily activities, stress reduction, regular massage therapy and proper rest and sleep in order to maintain overall health. Heidi is a Virginia Department of Health Licensed Massage Therapist , a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and is Nationally certified in massage therapy by NCBTM.
Mary Branch Grove

Mary Branch Grove's psychotherapy practice is primarily based on, though not limited to, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), since 2007. She is a Certified Practitioner as well as a Teacher of AIT. AIT is a gentle and effective treatment that promotes psychological, physical and spiritual healing by treating not just the symptoms, but the originating causes of present day difficulties that fracture wholeness and block connection to spirit.
Mary Branch has been a practitioner and teacher in various healing arts since 1982. She has trained in hands-on energy healing, massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Esoteric Healing, transpersonal psychotherapy, trance work, feng shui, shamanism, meditation, clinical social work, and past life regression. She is an ordained minister in the Church of Gaiabriel, as well as its President. Since 1992 she has expanded her spiritual path to include travel to sacred sites and participating and performing in ceremony. Mary Branch is a deeply compassionate, insightful, no-nonsense healer who uses an interactive approach to encourage healing and empowerment in her clients and students. As a teacher, Mary Branch uses her broad training to help students receive a sound foundation in the experience of healing systems. Mary Branch lives and works in Northern Virginia, which is part of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Judith Kent

Judith utilizes her knowledge and gifts in the healing arts to facilitate the changes her clients wish to make around their health. Jan Iris Smith

Jan Iris Smith, is a licensed clinical social worker in both Virginia and Maryland, since 1986. She works with older adolescents (14-18), adults and seniors in individual, couples, family and group therapy. Jan Iris Smith earned her BA in Psychology from George Washington University, completed the training program in Psychodrama DC , earned her MSW in Clinical Social Work at Smith College School for Social Work, and has two years of specialized training in Couples and Family Therapy. Jan Iris Smith has studied various mind/body therapies since and completed a three year course with the Mid Atlantic Council of Healers.
Her work has included inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization centers, public and private clinics as well as solo private practice, since 1991. She believes in helping her clients find their own truth and health, which is often buried beneath years of misfortune and trauma. Removing blockages in the form of old thoughts and patterns of behavior that cloud the true nature of each person is the goal, working at a pace that suits the needs of the client . I combine the various philosophies from my training including psychodynamic therapy, transpersonal therapy, systems therapy and mind/body awareness in my clinical style.
Jan Iris Smith is an ordained minister in the Church of Gaiabriel and is certified in both Maryland and Virginia to provide supervision in clinical social work to aspiring clinicians and to current professionals.
